Return & Refund Policy

At Car Basics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect in the product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Product photos or unboxing video may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Opened fragrance/perfume products
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Clearance sale or discounted products
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer (for body covers)

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Replacement Policy

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (depending on product availability and verification)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
