At Car Basics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect in the product
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Product photos or unboxing video may be required for verification.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products
- Opened fragrance/perfume products
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Clearance sale or discounted products
- Incorrect size ordered by customer (for body covers)
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Replacement Policy
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (depending on product availability and verification)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
